Five Basic Channels of Digital Marketing Called 5D.

We use the terminology “Channels” rather than “types” as each channel that may be used to reach potential customers may be complex depending on the level of integration and tactics you apply across your digital marketing strategy and campaigns.

Definition of Digital Marketing

The use of the Internet and other digital media and technology to support ‘modern marketing’ has given rise to a bewildering range of labels created by both academics and professionals. It has been called Digital Marketing, Internet marketing, e-marketing and web marketing.

5Ds of Digital Marketing

  1. Digital devices

Audiences experience brands as they interact with business websites and mobile apps typically through a combination of connected devices including smartphones, tablets, desktop computers, TVs and gaming devices.

  1. Digital platforms

Most interactions on these devices are through a browser or apps from the major platforms or services, that’s Facebook (and Instagram), Google (and YouTube), Twitter and LinkedIn.

  1. Digital media

Different paid, owned and earned communications channels for reaching and engaging audiences including advertising, email and messaging, search engines and social networks.

  1. Digital data

The insight businesses collect about their audience profiles and their interactions with businesses, which now needs to be protected by law in most countries.

  1. Digital technology

The marketing technology that businesses use to create interactive experiences from websites and mobile apps to in-store kiosks and email campaigns.

Digital marketing is a fast-paced and ever-changing industry with an ongoing demand for skilled professionals.

What other ways can you think of to get more out of a digital marketing?

Three Stages Of Life – Time, Money and Energy.

Have you seen a post on Instagram which shows a statistic about Time, Money and Energy with three stages of life?

You relate to it, because you know that is actually true about 95% of the people, and you are one of them. That post is probably created by someone who realized about it by watching their elders, spend their precious life on something which was not worth the time.

The post is like this. Young generation has time and energy but no money. Adult generation has money and energy but no time. And old generation has time and money but no energy. So, basically this a simplest timeline of your so called “career”.

When you see this post, around 90% of those people like this post and get on with their life. Because it is just an Instagram post. But what if we told you that, it is the most inspiring post on internet? Look at it this way, you see that post and you realize that this is what your life is going to be. And you think that, what about my dreams? That’s it. That is the word “dream”. Can you chase your dream with that strategy? The Answer is big, fat NO.

So, what can you do? That is what you need to ask yourself. The answer is within. Just try to be on the other side. When you see that post, like it, share it and think about it. Because that post is literally telling you that “if this is your life, why don’t you make a change”.

All we can say is that you are in charge of your destiny. You can get to work now and sacrifice your time so when you “make it” you can enjoy life with more time, more money and more energy.

Neymar to come back at Barcelona, but…

Negotiations between PSG and FC Barcelona broke down back in August as they ran out of time before the transfer deadline to complete a deal. Now, Neymar wants to come back to his former club. However, Neymar is said to be more optimistic of a transfer being arranged in the coming window which would see him achieve his wish and head back to Spain.

It is unlikely the club will be able to afford a mega-money move for Neymar, who they sold to PSG for a world record £198million in 2017.

PSG are not willing to accept a cut-price offer for their star man, and have reportedly demanded £155million in return for his sale.

His heart is now set on a return to Barca, it seems, with his relationship with Lionel Messi cited as one of the primary reasons there.

Last year in July 2019 Barcelona opted Antoine Griezmann which blew the expectations of Neymar fans about Neymar returning to Barcelona. But now, Neymar wants to come back to Barcelona, now more than ever. But Before he returns, he wants to leave the PSG victoriously. Which means he is going to stay till the end of this season of Champions League and try to be get a Champions League trophy to PSG for the first time ever.

La Liga is scheduled to be back from 12 June, and ones this pandemic is over Champions League will return too. Till then enjoy the matches put up by English Premier League And Bundesliga And La Liga.

But to tell you the fact, Neymar wants to come back to Barca.

Elon Musk Called This Idea “Mind-Bogglingly Stupid.”

The Tesla CEO has called fuel cells “mind-bogglingly stupid,” “incredibly dumb” and “fool cells.” Elon Musk is no fan of hydrogen fuel cell technology, but some of the world’s major automakers still think it is a bet worth making.

When it comes to recharging, FCEV’s can easily tackle the BEV’s. 5 minutes or 1 hour, which one will you choose. Range and refueling times are so important that 78% of auto motive executives believe fuel-cell vehicles will be the breakthrough for electric mobility. Average cost of a FCEV is 60,000$ which 20,000$ more than the BEV’s. Hydrogen fuel cell have been a technology of a great promise.

Battery electric vehicles (BEV) have limitations like, if they have to increase the mileage per charge, they have to increase the weight of the battery. And when it comes to numbers game, just the United States produced 101.0 quads of energy and consumed 100.2 quads. With that only 2% of automobile market is of BEV’s. So, what you think will happen if that 2% would increase to around, say 40%. Electricity shortage, extra imports of nuclear energy. Which will result as hike in electricity cost.

So basically, an idea which Elon Musk called stupid is brilliant and other companies know that. But Elon Musk called hydrogen fuel cell a “Fool Cell.” So, if an idea which is welcomed by whole automobile industry, which has hell of a potential, may be the future of automobile industry, but called by the Elon Musk a “Mind-Bogglingly Stupid.” What do you think will the future of Tesla?

A Student’s Request to Each and Every Teacher in The World.

Times are changing and with time student also are. Classrooms are not same as before and so are students. We are in a 21st century surrounded with full of technology. Nowadays every student knows how to use a smartphone, they also carry one themselves. In this modern era teachers are falling behind.

For a student an elephant in the room is not the subject teachers are teaching, but the content in their phones.

Students are not excited about what they are going to learn in their class anymore. They want to learn something new every day.

They have starting to realize that traditional way of teaching is not going to help them augment their future. So, either teachers have to leave behind the traditional way of teaching or just make it more exciting for students.

So, our message to each and every student in the world.

We are going to tell you three things from student’s point of view. Two words and a phrase.

Curiosity.

A teacher has a tendency to change the future. A teacher is the handler of the psychological mind of students. A student’s mind is already curious to learn, you just have to gratify that hunger of curiosity. Nowadays, student have technological surrounding. They have laptops, smartphones and internet at their will. So, what you’ve got that is curious than what students see online? That is question a teacher have ask themselves. So, we have to tell you something that is upmost important. It does not where the students get their knowledge. The world has vast amount of knowledge. You just have to point the students in the direction where the knowledge is. Make them curious.

Pretend.

Pretend that you are your student. If you ‘as a student’ understand everything that you teach ‘as a teacher’ then you have fulfilled your moral obligation. And you have the ‘Greatest’ power to shape the future. Pretend that you are student and as a friend you are sharing your knowledge. That way you have a connection with the students and they have better understanding of you. When you share the knowledge you have to them, they consider it as a friendly advice and it’s more effective that way.

Dumb It Down.

In some cases, a student doesn’t always understand what a teacher teaches. So, there might be a chance that you have to dumb it down a little. Teach like you teach a child, it may take more time, but the level of understanding would Sky-High.

We heard story where a clever student thought he is dumb, he decided that studying is not his cup of tea. So, he took a walk and saw a nursery teacher teaching student. He sat and noticed student had a fruit in their hand and teacher was telling them to see, smell and taste. After watching he realized that studying is easy and that he just has to change the technique of learning.

So, teachers! You know how to get into student’s mind. You hold the key to future. Shape the student’s mind as you like to see the future of the world. That’s it.

Tell us how you like to see the world in the future. WE BELIEVE IN TEACHERS.

If You Want To Change Your Life, Follow This Rule Of 21

It takes about 21 days to develop a new habit. Yet most people give up on creating a positive life change after only the first few days when they experience the stress and pain that is always associated with replacing old behaviors with new ones.

New habits are much like a new pair of shoes: for the first few days, they will feel uncomfortable. But if you break them in for about three weeks, they will fit like a second skin. As human beings, we are genetically programmed to resist change and maintain a state of equilibrium. The condition, known as homeostasis, evolved naturally over time as a means by which our ancestors could survive constantly changing conditions.

The problem is that the mechanism works to keep things as they are even when more favorable possibilities exist. And that is why we have such difficulty adopting new habits and overcoming the gravitational forces that prevent us from moving to higher levels of living. But just as a rocket uses more fuel during the first few minutes after lift-off than it does over the days that follow when it will cover more than half a million miles.

Once you get past those first 21 days you will find that staying on course with a new habit will be far easier than you imagined. Take the time to study your personal habits and promise to make the necessary changes. The quality of your life will be determined in large measure by the nature of your habits. As John Dryden says, “We first make our habits and then our habits make us,” while Virginia Woolf wrote, “the skeleton of habit alone upholds the human frame.”

So ensure that your habits move you forward rather than hold you back. Because, “Powerful indeed is the empire of habit.”

Robin Sharma: This Is How You Should Use Your Commute Time

The world famous and number 1 best selling author Robin Sharma shares his views on how you should use your ‘free’ commute time and make it more productive.

Robin sharma is best known for his best seller books The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari, The 5 AM Club, Who Will Cry When You Die and others. Sharma is also considered to be one of the top 5 Leadership Experts.

Acording to Sharma, This is how you shoud use your free commute time

If you commute to the office for thirty minutes each way every day, after one year you will have spent the equivalent of six weeks of eight-hour days in your car.

Given this, can you really afford to spend all your time staring out the window and daydreaming while the negative news blares from the car radio?

So many of the highly successful and enlightened people share a common habit: they listen to audiocassettes in their cars. In doing so, they transform their driving time into learning time and make their automobiles moving universities. Turning your car into a “college on wheels” will be one of the best investments you will ever make. Rather than arriving at work tired, frustrated and dispirited, listening to educational audio-cassettes will make your commute fun and keep you inspired, focused and alert to the endless opportunities around you. The best way to spot someone truly committed to life improvement is to ask him whether his car radio is working.

The real students of effective living will have no clue because they spend every minute of their driving time listening to audio tapes. As Robin says, “I cannot tell you how many times I have gone to get into the passenger seat of the car of a successful and fulfilled person and found a small mountain of tapes occupying the place where I was to sit”.

Most of the latest books can now be found on audiocassette along with many of the best motivational programs and life leadership systems. Personally, I try to listen to at least five new tapes a month ranging from the latest business bestsellers to programs on time management, creativity, positive thinking, physical well-being and spiritual satisfaction.

Reasons You Should Start Spending Time In Nature

We live in an age of seemingly limitless information. The weekday edition of the New York Times contains more information than the average person was exposed to during an entire lifetime in seventeenth-century. Over the years, study has have found that spending time alone in natural surroundings connects us to the larger universe around us and restores our spirit in this hurried age.

After a busy week of speaking engagements, book sign-ings and media appearances, the simple act of sitting in a wooded park and listening to the wind move through the leaves fills us with a sense of quiet and peace. Our priorities become clearer, our obligations seem less pressing and our mind grows still.

Communing with nature is also an excellent way to unlock your creativity and generate new ideas. Newton formulated the laws of gravity while relaxing under an apple tree. Likewise Swiss designer George de Mestral developed Velcro after examining the burdock burrs that clung to his dog while he hiked in the mountains.

Natural surroundings serve to stifle the endless chatter that fills our minds so that our true brilliance can be liberated. And while you spend time enjoying nature, observe your surroundings with deep concentration. Study the complexity of a flower or the way the current moves in a sparkling stream. Take your shoes off and feel the grass under your feet. Give silent thanks that you have the privilege of enjoying these special gifts of nature. Many people do not. As Mahatma Gandhi observed, “When I admire the wonder of a sunset or the beauty of the moon, my soul expands in worship of the Creator.”

Spending more time in nature also have other numerous benefits like..

  1. It improves short term memory
  2. Reduces Stress
  3. Increases Levels of Vitamin D
  4. Improves Sleep
  5. Strengthens the Immune System
  6. Increases Happiness
  7. Improves Vision
  8. Inspires Creativity
  9. Develops a Deeper Sense of Spirituality

Share this with with your family/friends whom you want to spend more time in nature.

Barack Obama’s life lessons for every youngster.

You can also add best selling author and law professor to his achievements. The world has seen great leaders and achievers. Like it or not Obama has written his name on the sands of time.

These are the 7 life lessons from Barack Obama.

1. Yes you can

Barack Obama is a proof of what you can achieve if you believe in your dreams. If you’re familiar with the struggles of the African-American in the US, You will understand the significance of Obama’s dream to be president. He is the epitome of the phrase nothing is impossible. Do you want to turn that idea into a thriving business? Yes you can. Do you want to win through scholarship to study abroad? Yes, you can. Do you want that which currently seemed impossible? Yes, you can.

Whenever you begin to have doubts just remember this phrase from Barack Obama. Yes you can!

2. Readers are the Leaders

Reading is important. If you know how to read then the whole world opens up to you, Says Barack Obama. Obama is an avid reader and the voracious consumer of information. According to the Obama, difference between who you are today and who you’ll be tomorrow will be determined by the people you meet and the books you read. Since time machines are not yet invented if you want to know anything about the past and what could be in the future, make reading your habits. It’s the closest thing to a time machine. Books are gateway to worlds of knowledge and it’s how you become a better and informed leader. All successful people formed the habit of reading. You should too.

3. Polish your Public Speaking skills

During his administration Obama was been credited  as an exceptional orator. Who own his words, makes great eye contact, an effective conversationalist also skilfully works the audience. We can all agree that his ability to communicate effectively was on top of the list. And this is the thing that got and kept  him in the White House for 8 years.

Developing public speaking skill will take you a long way.

4. Your family is your anchor

An anchor is very important part of the ship. It keeps the ship from drifting due to wind or current. Even the finest of the ships are nothing without the anchor. Your family is your anchor. You can’t make claim to success without them.

Barack Obama is known to be a family-man, a professed father and a husband. Even at the White House, he used to say.. “I don’t miss important things. I haven’t missed dance performance, I haven’t missed parent teacher-conference”

Your family should be part of your daily life. They shouldn’t just come into picture when something bad happens. Family keeps you mentally and emotionally balanced. Keeping you grounded like an anchor.

5. Get ready for the criticism

Becoming the first black president was an unviable feat and history defining event. But it did come with immense cost. One of such cost was the hate and vitriol Obama got during his tenured years. But the man never displayed any bitterness. If you want to make any form of impact or achieve any significant while you are here, prepare yourself for the criticism. If you claim to be gold you will be put through fire. It’s a balance of life. Likewise if you claim to be anything of value, the world will put you to test to prove yourself. It’s then up to you to prove you’re worth.

6. You can quit smoking (and such bad habits)

Can you picture Barack Obama with a stick of cigarette ? No. We can’t

Well your favourite cool dad, president and husband was addicted to the smoking for most of his adult life. At some times he used to smoke like 7 or 8 times per day. But old habits needs to die when you are about to run for presidency. It wouldn’t be an impressive campaign poster of smoking hot aspiring president. would it? Whatever, you don’t have to wait until you are running for the presidency to quit a bad habit.

7. Learn from your past

One of Obama’s best selling books explains why he is such a great father, husband and person. His memoir, Dreams from My Father describes his struggle to come to terms with life without father. But instead of letting that irreplaceable loss mar his future, Obama used the absence of a father as a learning curve. At a point in his Life, he figured out what his father’s absence had meant.

He believes he might not have attained his height of success had it not been for that absent father prodding his early in life. You can turn what may seem like a disadvantage in your life into an advantage.

Hope you had a good time reading such fascinating life lessons from Barack Obama.

4 Stock Market Investing Tips For Beginners

While some people do buy winning tickets or a common stock that quadruples or more in a year, it is extremely unlikely, since relying upon luck is an investment strategy that only the foolish or most desperate would choose to follow. In our quest for success, we often overlook the most powerful tools available to us: time and the magic of compounding interest. Investing regularly, avoiding unnecessary financial risk, and letting your money work for you over a period of years and decades is a certain way to amass significant assets.

Here are several tips that should be followed by beginning investors.

1. Set Long-Term Goals

Before investing, you should know your purpose and the likely time in the future you may have need of the funds. If you are likely to need your investment returned within a few years, consider another investment; the stock market with its volatility provides no certainty that all of your capital will be available when you need it.

2. Understand Your Risk Tolerance

Risk tolerance is a psychological trait that is genetically based, but positively influenced by education, income, and wealth (as these increases, risk tolerance appears to increase slightly) and negatively by age (as one gets older, risk tolerance decreases). The investor who can retain a cool head and follows an analytical decision process invariably comes out ahead.

3. Diversify Your Investments

The popular way to manage risk is to diversify your exposure. Prudent investors own stocks of different companies in different industries, sometimes in different countries, with the expectation that a single bad event will not affect all of their holdings or will otherwise affect them to different degrees.

4. Avoid Leverage

Leverage simply means the use of borrowed money to execute your stock market strategy. Leverage is a tool, neither good nor bad. However, it is a tool best used after you gain experience and confidence in your decision-making abilities. Limit your risk when you are starting out to ensure you can profit over the long term.

What additional tips can you suggest for successful stock market investing?

Why 1% of the richest holds half of the world’s wealth?

According to one study the richest 1% people own half the world’s wealth. Is it just a coincident? certainly not.

Why there is such huge wealth inequality in the world? among the many factors there is one most important factor of your life – Time

According to the M.J. Demacro, the author of Millionaire Fastlane

A POOR VALUATION OF “FREE TIME” LEADS TO POORNESS.

Rich or poor, time is equally possessed, shared, and consumed by all. Every day, you use it. We use it. Your neighbor uses it. No one gets more and no one gets less. No one escapes it. Twenty-four hours for everybody. And guess what? You don’t get 25 hours. You don’t get 21. No one has an unfair advantage. We all have 24 hours to consume, expire, and spend. Time is the ultimate equalizer.

Then why do so few get rich while the rest go from paycheck to paycheck?

The distinction lies in the valuation of free time, the chosen roadmap, and the acquisition of debt.

Guess the behaviors—rich or poor?

• This person sleeps until noon.

• This person watches hours of reality TV.

• This person drives two hours to save $20.

• This person buys airline tickets with multiple layovers to save $100.

• This person spends hours surfing social networks and gossip blogs.

• This person is a Level 10 Druid in World of Warcraft.

Behind the tangled roots of poorness, you will find a poor valuation of free time, which breeds from bad choices. These are the people camped out at Wal-Mart at 4 a.m. waiting to grab the early bird sales. These are the people sleeping outside Best Buy hoping to score a free 32″ HDTV. These are the people waiting outside IKEA hoping to get a free breakfast. These are the inconvenient savers. The inconvenient saver desperately clutches onto every dollar, fearful it may never return. Extreme inconvenience is never a match for saving money.

For example, a person “ABC” wantes an exercise bike and finds it on sale at a store miles away her home. Instead of just buying the bike locally and pay the higher price, which was an extra $29. She is an inconvenient saver. So, she drives one hour to save $29. Total time spent? Two and a half hours. Subtract gas and the total valuation of her time is about $5 per hour.

Such people waste their time to save money. From plane tickets with multiple stops to shared-shuttle airport service, inconvenience is no match for saving a few bucks an hour. If these people had three months to live, would they be outside Best Buy in a sleeping bag waiting? Six months? Six years? At what threshold will these people pack up their sleeping bag on the sidewalk and say, “Gee, what the hell am I doing sleeping on a sidewalk outside of an electronics store? Is this a smart use of my life?” Such people will eventually become poor.

On the other hand. Rich people worship the time as their primary consideration in decision-making because it’s their most valued asset. Rich people are frugal with time, while Poor people are frugal with money. Poor and Middleclass use money as the sole criterion indecision-making: Which job pays the most? Where is the cheapest item? How can I get some free chicken?

Money is scarce and time brings up the rear and sweeps up the mess. If you want to be rich, you have to start thinking rich.

Time is king.

Black and White: The Most Bizarre Terminology.

Who determined this terminology? Where did this terminology came from? Science? Culture? Does it matter? And the most important question, why does it apply to the human skin colors?

My question to every human being, do you even know what black and white colors look like? Are you colorblind? What you refer to white colored skin, is beige, and what you refer to a black colored skin, is brown. And those are basically different shades of same color.

When it comes to Racism, it should not exist. A whole concept of racism is a lie. There are no white and black when it comes to humans. There are just beige and brown.

Racism, also called racialism, any action, practice, or belief that reflects the racial worldview the ideology that humans may be divided into separate and exclusive biological entities called “races”; that there is a causal link between inherited physical traits and traits of personality, intellect, morality, and other cultural and behavioral features; and that some races are innately superior to others.

Since the late 20th century the notion of biological race has been recognized as a cultural invention, entirely without scientific basis.

How can be a color of skin define, a being is superior?

A color black and white, are colors which both represents different meaning, which are obviously not opposite to each other. Black color is symbol of Power, Control, Authority and Elegance. And white color represents Cleanliness, Purity, Simplicity. And which clearly both of them does not represents any factor that may represent human skin. And certainly, there is no representation of human race.

At an ongoing protest all over the world, people are calling it BLACK LIVES MATTER. But why black? Has anyone asked that? Has any BROWN colored person even asked to themselves, why are they called black? Why are they calling themselves black? It’s brown and beige.

When a BROWN person calls himself a black, he himself is agreeing that he is someone he is not. Why do he expect some change in a situation which he himself is considering NOT WRONG?

Let everyone should know they are not BLACK or WHITE, they are just BROWN and BEIGE.

RACISM starts from core of the color discrimination, change the way world understand those color and cut the racism from their roots.

It starts from you.
